Financifi provides financing support, customer qualification assistance, sales consulting, and customer communication services through our registered dealer platform.
When a referred customer requires financing assistance, applications are reviewed and submitted through Goodwills Used Cars and participating lending institutions, subject to lender approval and dealer acquisition requirements.
Our goal is to help dealer partners improve customer retention, increase delivery opportunities, and simplify the financing process while maintaining regulatory compliance and transparency throughout the transaction.
Dealer partner refers a customer to Goodwills Used Cars through Financifi’s dealer referral program.
Customer information is reviewed in accordance with applicable dealership, lender, and regulatory requirements.
Financing opportunities may be evaluated through participating lenders by Goodwills Used Cars, subject to lender approval and eligibility requirements.
Where applicable, vehicles are purchased at wholesale, ownership is transferred to Goodwills Used Cars, and the vehicle is entered into dealer inventory records.
Goodwills Used Cars then retails the vehicle directly to the customer as the dealer of record.
All financing, contracting, disclosures, and vehicle delivery are completed through Goodwills Used Cars and participating lenders, as applicable.
